公司前身“恒顺机器厂”创建于1895年，现隶属于中国企业500强重庆机电控股(集团)公司，是香港上市公司（02722.HK）重庆机电股份有限公司旗下核心企业。
The company's predecessor, Hengshun Machine Factory, was founded in year 1895. Now it is the subsidiary company of Chongqing Machinery & Electronics Holding (Group) Co. Ltd. (CME) which is the one of the top 500 enterprises in China and the key company under Chongqing Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd. (CQME) which was listed in Hongkong Stock Exchange (02722.HK）.
公司主要设计、开发、制造各式成套水轮发电机组及电站控制设备、大中型水泵、大中型电动机、轻轨支座等产品，具有工程总承包和工业服务的系统集成能力。从1938年生产中国第一台水轮机开始，公司已为国内外3000余座电站和泵站提供了6000多套水轮发电机组和大中型泵组及技术服务，产品销往全球40多个国家，提供服务的电站总数和机组台套数为中国第一。
The company mainly designs, develops and manufactures different kinds of turbine-generator units, controlling equipments, large and medium-sized water pump units, large and medium-sized motors and light rail pedestals, etc. It has the system integration capacity in EPC projects and industrial services. Since the production of the first chinese turbine in 1938, the company has provided more than 6,000 sets of turbine-generator units, large and medium-sized pump units and technical services for over 3,000 power stations and pump stations at home and abroad. The products were sold t more than 40 countries worldwide, and the number of power stations and units provided by our company is the first in China.
